**What we do**
We offer end-to-end consulting services throughout the investment life cycle by furnishing tax, transaction advisory, performance improvement, turnaround, interim and crisis management. Our areas of expertise include pre-M&A due diligence, merger integration, post-M&A growth strategy, corporate finance advisory, organizational and cost transformation, supply chain and manufacturing operational improvement, interim and crisis management, and CFO finance leadership. We differentiate ourselves by the result-driven approach, the hands-on mindset, and the ability to provide leadership amidst complex situations.
**Role: HR and Office Manager**
A&M is rapidly expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia. We are seeking a talented HR professional to support the establishment and growth of our team in Thailand and across the broader ASEAN/Southeast Asia (“SEA”) region.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** HR Operations & Projects**: Manage the full spectrum of HR processes for our Thailand office, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and offboarding.
- ** Office Setup**: Play a pivotal role in setting up our Thailand office by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and the leadership team.
- ** Policy Implementation**: Ensure compliance with A&M's global HR policies and local regulations by implementing and maintaining relevant HR and administrative processes.
- ** Regional HR Support**: Provide strategic HR support to other countries in the SEA region as needed
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in Thailand Bangkok.
- Experience working in other Southeast Asian countries is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Strong team player with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
