**Responsibilities**
- Work with clients to define necessary requirements for open roles.

**Requirements**:

- Those without relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in headhunting, client acquisition, business development will be an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- Able to handle sensitive matters with tact and discretion.
- Good attention to detail, sense of urgency and follow-up skills.
- Good time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple roles independently.
