**Facilities Manager (Dental Clinic)**
In addition to general facilities management duties, the Facilities Manager will take responsibility for the preventive maintenance and minor repairs of dental equipment, including chairs, compressors, and autoclaves. This role is crucial in minimizing equipment downtime, extending the lifespan of assets, and ensuring efficient clinic operations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for dental chairs, autoclaves, compressors, and suction systems.
- Perform minor repairs on dental equipment, reducing reliance on external contractors.
- Coordinate with specialized contractors for complex equipment repairs, ensuring timely and quality service.
- Ensure dental equipment operates efficiently to minimize disruption to clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and repairs performed to ensure compliance and facilitate reporting.
- Manage standard facilities tasks such as handling aircon issues, leaks, and glass repairs when needed.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental equipment maintenance (dental chairs, autoclaves, compressors, etc.)
- Familiarity with general facilities management duties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute preventive maintenance plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to minimizing equipment breakdowns.
- Be available to assist clinics during weekends if necessary.
