a. Conduct research and follow global economy both in macro and micro, develop investment strategy and plan, searching for potential investment targets.

b. For direct investment opportunities, in charge of due diligence, risk assessment, investment proposal and business negotiation.

c. Dynamically conduct research on new energy and related industries, provide reports on a monthly basis.

d. Oversight on the portfolio management and trading activities of Equity, Fixed Income, Structured Products and Funds including oversight of the trade processing of various instruments, monitoring of the investments and regular reporting.

e. Conduct sourcing, research, due diligence, analysis, screening on various financial products.

f. Partnering with external counterparties, financial institutions, and service providers to resolve operational issues.

g. Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.

h. Demonstrates strong ownership and problem solving skills to lead projects for internal process or operation improvements

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in management a portfolio of investments either at a private bank, investment management firm, family office or a public listed company, have outstanding historical performance.
- Experience as a project team for investment deal size of US$10B, in areas as such due diligence and M&A considerations.
- Knowledgeable in financial accounting, proficient in structuring transactions and negotiating documentation, and have an understanding of key tax, disclosure and legal considerations.
- Proficient in utilizing Bloomberg/Liquidnet/MarketAxess.

**Language requirement**:
Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin. Able to write proposal in Mandarin.

**Qualification **:at least a Master degree
