**Chief Financial Officer**

**Job Description**:
1. Develops finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction; establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.

2. Attend and actively participate in senior staff meetings, offering ideas, insights and recommendations on firm policies, staffing, client service, new business and other topics that ultimately impact the overall quality of the firm

3. Establishes finance operational strategies by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

4. Develops organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion.

5. Develops financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans. Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

6. Maximizes return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investment community. Reports financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.

7. Updates job knowledge by remaining aware of new regulations; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, MBA or CPA is highly desirable, and SIFM Qualification Certificate issued by IFMA is preferred.

2. Minimum of 25 years experiencein telecommunication industry in charge of financial operation, treasury management, tax preparation, compliance control and internal audit.

3. Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and writing.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.

5. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

6. Willing to travel frequently in Southeast countries and have experience in dealing with clients and regulators from China.
