**Chief Investment Officer**

We are an investment company which aims to create businesses in different industries in China and Southeast Asia countries. Now we are building an investment banking team to be responsible for Initial Public Offering Process in SGX, HKEX, Nasdaq from start to finish.

**Duties and responsibilities of the job**
- Originating M&A and Capital Markets transactions.
- Implement investment strategies to manage discretionary portfolios and Fund in compliance with established investment guidelines and policies.
- Manage the acquisition due diligence process, including coordination with the internal team and external advisers.
- Suggest strategies and/or structures that will provide a competitive advantage in the bidding/pricing process and achievable synergies.
- Conduct business development activities to identify, source and introduce potential clients for listing in SGX, HKEX and Nasdaq.
- Continuously build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both individual and institutional investors.
- Mentor and develop junior bankers on their team.

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Graduate degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics from an accredited. college/university and/or relevant professional designation
- Minimum of 10 years experience in the investment banking industry.
- Proven track record in helping companies with restructuring and listing in SGX/HKEX/NASDAQ.
- Initiative - must be a self-starter, able to work independently with drive and motivation
- Expertise in a particular industry is not required but can be leveraged for success
- Highly disciplined, strong business sense, and customer-driven with an analytical mind.

Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
