**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- You will be part of the team that administer and allocate a range of funding to support disability social service agencies in providing services and projects to enable persons with disabilities to live, learn, work and play in an inclusive society.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Fund Management** - To prepare and seek approval for fund budget and disbursement, monitor and report fund download and utilisation, oversee annual audit of fund as well as prepare and execute agreement with stakeholders
- ** Stakeholders’ Engagement** - To influence and manage internal and external stakeholders to best support the sector’s overall strategic objectives
- ** Digitalise & Streamline Processes** - To leverage on technology to develop, manage and review processes and controls to ensure effective and efficient administration of funding
- ** Funding Dashboard** - To conduct data analytics to draw insights on the financial position of Social Service Agencies (SSAs) as well as the funding allocated and utilised for each programme type/ SSAs
- ** Corporate & Organisational KPIs** - To ensure that corporate and divisional KPIs are achieved in a timely manner.
- Mentor and supervise staff as assigned
- Undertake any special project as assigned by Reporting Officer

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business and other quantitative fields
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. Entry-level graduates are also welcomed to apply
- Meticulous and numerically inclined
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and project management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment as well as function as a team player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
