**About the Role**:
We are seeking to appoint a full time Infrastructure Service Operations Management Lead to join our Global IT Infrastructure and Service Delivery Function.
Reporting to the Infrastructure Lead, you will be accountable for the
- Leading the regional infrastructure Service Operations Management team to deliver the best IT infrastructure operations services to the customer in the regions.
- Developing a strategic plan for an optimally deployed global service delivery team.
- Working closely with the Provider Management Lead to define third-party service provider strategy, corresponding contracts and definition of SLA’s.
- Drive innovation and customer-oriented development and standardisation of IT infrastructure services.
- Lead, motivate, develop and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration or (Business) Engineering, or equivalent and related experience preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years working experience in IT Infrastructure or Operations Management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing staff, including work review, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching.
- Excellent understanding of IT Processes with formal training in ITIL an advantage.
- Experience managing service providers for outsourced IT infrastructure services including contract and SLA management.
**Location of role**:
We will only consider successful incumbents who have the eligibility to work in Singapore or India.
