Singapore EQUIS CENTRAL SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, TEAMS)
- MS Enterprise Mobility Suite (Intune)
- Azure Active Directory (configuring and managing the synchronisation of on premise AD with Azure Active Directory)
- Manage and provide administration to the IT Infrastructure that includes on-premise and cloud-based deployments
- Ensure a consistent model for the implementation and delivery of hosting services
- Ensure a robust Infrastructure and end user device standard fit
- Ensure appropriate levels of security and data compliance for the Infrastructure & end user environment according to Equis’ IT Security Management Policy
- Lead Infrastructure and Workplace Services projects by closely liaising with business, IT counterparts, and external vendors
- Optimize and standardize IT Onboarding and offboarding methods and processes
- Perform a key role in the integration of Infrastructure & Workplace Services
- Maintain inventory and purchasing plan for IT equipment and accessories
- Primarily provide L1 and L2 support to Singapore users and L3 support for other countries
- Actively participate and engage in the process for the continuous improvement of departmental procedures

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Min 8 years relevant experience in providing deskside/remote IT support, systems administration, IT systems and networks, Microsoft 365, Azure
- Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Hyper-V and Azure is preferred
- Experience in architecting and managing network infrastructure and operations
- Experience in implementing and managing of end user technology which includes Enterprise Mobility Management and Enterprise Endpoint protection
- Experience in leading the IT Infrastructure and Workplace Services operations
- Good technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and end user security management
- Understanding of Cloud Computing technologies and solutions.
- Experience or good knowledge in implementing ITIL framework for IT Operations
- Good communication skills to ensure users and vendors are properly engaged
- Excellent customer focus, must have demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to interact with users professionally
- Proficiency in (spoken and written) in English communication skills is a must
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure Certifications will be advantageous
