Singapore MKI IT SOLUTIONS (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE. LTD. Full time

【Responsibility】

1. Perform a wide range role from DX Consultant to Project Management, Data Science, Data Analytics, Application Programming for our clients, mainly Japanese Sogo Shosha and its group companies, to execute DX projects in Asia Pacific region with multiple industries business knowledges, such as Retail, Healthcare, Foods, chemical, Manufacturing, Trading, Agriculture, Natural resources, Finance, Mobility, etc.
- Work frequent liaising with various IT engineers in Japan HQ to execute multiple global DX projects for clients.

【Expected Job Scope】

1. Consult and propose business improvement utilizing DX for clients.

2. Planning, designing, and implementing Operational improvements. for clients by co-working with Japan HQ.

3. Project Management for multiple DX projects for clients by co-working with Japan HQ.

5. Evaluate the latest DX technology.

6. Conduct Seminar and Workshop for clients about DX.

【Experience Requirements】

1. More than five years of experience of IT Engineers.

2. More than one year of experience of Applications Development.

3. Having business improvement project experience and knowledge of more than 3 different industries, such as such as Retail, Healthcare, Foods, chemical, Manufacturing, Trading, Agriculture, Natural resources, Finance, Mobility, etc.

4. Having technical knowledge and experience of programing languages, such as C#, R, Java.

5. Experience in implementing systems used by more than 10,000 staffs.

6. Consultant experience to quickly understand technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures (e.g., PowerPoint).

7. Experience of SaaS integration by APIs.

8. Requirements/Design/Implementation/Configuration of SaaS

9. Having technical knowledge and experience of Security design for Cloud, Data Access Control and understanding mid-level security.

10. Ability to clarify current business operation and user requirement (creating a business operation flowchart to define user requirement).

11. Experience of creating presentation document and make a presentation to stake holder or client.

12. Experience of creating WBS and timeline management.

13. Experience of conducting seminar or workshop.

14. Experience in managing staffs.

【Necessary business skill】

1. This position needs to involve frequent liaising with various engineers in Japan HQ who don’t speak English to proceed global DX projects, hence good verbal and written Japanese communication skills are necessary.

2. Facilitation skill for discussion.

3. Able to explain technical concepts in a non-technical language.

4. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

5. Ability to learn new skills, Proactive Information gathering/dispatching about new IT technology and solution.

6. Stake holder communication (including senior management) & team communication

7. Having experience to work in Japanese company is highly welcomed.

8. Deliver documents to customers and reporting (system landscape, system design, business process, flowchart, WBS, etc.).

9. Multitask management in an enterprise business.

10. Time management, punctuality

【Other Requirements】

1. Able to travel frequently in Asia Region

2. Able to work overtime
