Singapore FUJIFILM BUSINESS INNOVATION ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. Full time

**PURPOSE**:
To drive faster strategic offering innovation within DX AI domain for APAC client across Enterprise and SMB segments. Ensuring greater embedding and creation of FUJIFILM own IP to help clients DX AI journeys. Support client engagements at the pre-sales, scoping, solution stages.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS**:

- Support strategic new offering development for DX AI
- Be liaison point with key DX AI partner vendors
- Work with GM to help drive and operationally manage the technical solutions and services consulting, pre-sales, solutioning and delivery for DX AI offerings.
- Develop core FB synergies program where DX AI offerings can be better embedded with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific Pte Ltd core
- End to end new product development testing, proofing and VOC/ VOP activities
- Support developing and pre-sales/selling AI & Generative AI smart business process offerings across Asia Pacific (APAC) from the technical workstream category
- Support and drive APAC HQ and subsidiaries business groups to achieve their business and financial performance targets by providing support in product positioning & launch activities
- Be highly external market and customer focus to ensure that FUJIFILM Business Innovation can capitalize on the growing move for greater enterprise automation & adoption of AI business
- Play a transformational role for FUJIFILM business to become a recognized leader in the AI & Gen AI smart business process market categories, providing a logical & sustainable extension for MPS/ document offers
- Enhance and ensure a strong understanding of AI, Gen AI, Cloud, Blockchain, Low Code, Quantum Computing, ECM, CSP, BPM, IBPM, RPA and other related DX segments and ability to work with external Analysts to showcase FB DX AI in the most positive customer focus manner

**Minimum Years of Experience / knowledge and Key Skills**:

- 2 years of experience in a consulting role with a focus on AI, data science, or digital transformation
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms, including key Hyperscalers
- Proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Technical skills and Relevant technologies knowledge incl. Deep knowledge of AI and machine learning frameworks, data analysis & visualization tools
- Preferred experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analytics and AI model development
- Understanding of cloud-based AI solutions and data management practices
- AI applied knowledge and understanding of core AI technologies (Cloud, AI low code, Gen Pilot, Smart Apps, RPA etc.)
