In this role, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team responsible for AI capability development and management, industry partnerships, project management and community engagement. Your mission will be to design and execute a cohesive strategy that accelerates AI capabilities development and thought leadership for the government.* **Define Strategy & Vision:** Craft and continuously refine the AI capability management strategy, including defining the value proposition, positioning, and priorities. Develop a clear capability vision and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.* **Lead Development & Execution:** Work in close collaboration with AI technical leads to plan and execute the capability development roadmap. Prioritize initiatives and identify key interventions to close technical capability gaps effectively.* **Drive Capability Adoption:** Plan and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans for developed AI capabilities.
