DESIGNATION : Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Associate works with the team to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met. Their focus is on supporting all team members in their work, and ensuring that the administrative functions are fulfilled.

**General Administration**:

- Manage office supplies, correspondence, and office records
- Support operational efficiency through administrative tasks and process enhancements

**Programme & Event Support**:

- Assist Programme Leads in executing FAM & PSP programmes and community events, including logistics and client engagement
- Manage administrative tasks related to programme and event execution

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Support the Senior Manager in engaging partners and stakeholders

**Report Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders
- Track and maintain client data from programmes
- Provide any other support as assigned/required

QUALIFICATIONS
- Possess Diploma in any discipline from an accredited institution

OTHER INFORMATION
**Relevant Experience**
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in the Social Work setting is a plus

**Competencies**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- People-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software or tools
- Basic understanding of governance frameworks, including BCCP and PDPA
