Quality Support Associate

Our Singapore facility is a strategic hub in the Asia Pacific region with 22+ years of expertise in the import/export, secondary packaging and labeling of clinical supplies, cold chain handling of temperature-sensitive products, and full returns and destruction management.

To support our growing activities we are looking for a **Quality Support Associate** to join our quality team.

**The role**

The role of the Quality Support Associate will be to provide quality support to the Clinical Storage and Distribution facility in Singapore in line with PIC/S Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Distribution Practices. (GMP and GDP)
- Provide support on Quality matters to Project Management / Operations in the area of clinical packaging, storage, and distribution.
- Support in producing and assessing/ trending metrics from quality issues (audits, complaints, non-conformances, etc.).
- Support in managing site Documentation System (controlled documents management, including SOP review).
- Support in auditing external suppliers and contractors.
- Responsible for product inspection and acceptance release in the inventory system.
- Responsible for packaging components inspection and release in the inventory system.
- Support new materials qualification and perform relevant sampling test requirements and documentation.
- Support in reviewing and approving of labeling exercise performed.
- Participate and support any non-routine tasks assigned by the management team.
- Diploma in sciences
- Ideally, 2 years experience in quality functions. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good computer knowledge
- Detailed-oriented with effective interpersonal skills.
- Additional requirements:

- Be able to work under cold (below 10C°) and frozen (below -10C°) for some hours (with PPE provided)
- Be able to work at a height of maximum 4-5 meters routines as needed (with appropriate lifting equipment)
