Our client is a well-established and respected brand in Singapore's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a proud history spanning more than five decades. They are looking for passionate and driven Product Quality Lead to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the Quality Control (QC) laboratory to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
- Conduct timely testing and analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples using approved methods to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality specifications, analytical methods, and QC protocols.
- Manage retention and reference sample storage in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure stability studies for finished products are conducted and documented as per current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Perform sampling and quality testing of packaging materials and products in accordance with SOPs.
- Execute Analytical Method Validation and Cleaning Method Validation activities.
- Support the validation and revalidation of manufacturing processes where required.
- Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Promote adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), safety guidelines, inventory control and proper lab housekeeping.
- Assist in the investigation of product quality complaints and assess returned product quality.
- Participate in supplier qualification processes and audits as needed.
- Lead and coordinate investigations related to Out-of-Specification (OOS), deviations and atypical test results.
- Act as Process Owner to assess and approve changes, deviations and implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure training programs are effectively conducted for QC personnel and training records are well maintained.
- Keep all QC records and documents organized and audit-ready at all times.
- May be required to assume certain Quality Assurance (QA) responsibilities in the absence of QA personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Prior laboratory experience in a chemistry or analytical testing environment.
- Hands-on experience with Gas Chromatography (GC) is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in Analytical Method Validation.
- Strong working knowledge of GLP and regulatory compliance.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and capable of handling multiple tasks independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
