**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- a) Assist in the planning and execution of the employee engagement survey cycle, including pre-survey planning, communication campaigns, survey period, and follow-up actions.
b) Help to create and distribute communication materials to promote the survey and encourage participation.
c) Monitor survey response rates and provide regular updates to the HR team.
d) Assist in the analysis of survey results and help to identify key areas for improvement.
e) Support the HR team in developing action plans based on survey results and help to track progress towards goals.

**What we are looking for**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communication Studies, Research, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with Qualtrics, or other survey tools and data analysis is a plus.

This is a full-time internship position for a period of 4-6 months.
