The Support Service Level Analyst is the entry level position in the Service Analysis and Improvement Job Family. They support the Service Level Management process within Dimension Data and work closely with the Service Delivery Management team operating in medium complexity environments.

The primary goal of the Support Service Level Analyst is to assist with the provision of analytical and specialized client service analysis and administrative functions through management and client performance reporting within an agreed timeframe or upon request ensuring that all requests meet or exceed the client or business expectation.

**Responsibilities**
- ** Be the point of contact for all of billing**:

- Ensure billing reports are sent on time
- Coordinate with local Finance & Client Finance on billing-related matters
- Perform Incident and Request Governance for account
- ** Review Service Request management**:

- Work with Reporting team to review tickets that are about to fail and trigger another team prior to SLA failure
- Perform ticket analysis to improve productivity
- ** In-charge of all reporting work**:

- Gather data from team and collate into Excel sheet & present suitably to client using Powerpoint and other data tools
- Lead all reporting-related tasks - monthly service reports, executive reports, ad hoc reports for monthly meetings
- Work with team to improve overall workflow and process
- Proactive to work on areas to value add on services provided to client accounts

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any field
- 3 years in similar servicing or client management role
- Must have proficiency in advanced Excel
- Hands-on experience in any reporting tools
- Can present reports and solutions effectively using good communication and written skills
- Keen to grow career in a client servicing function

**Preferred Requirements**
- Exposure to billing role in matrix encironment or MNC set-ups
- SQL/Tableau reporting experience
