Quantity Surveyor

Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about cost management and construction excellence? we are looking for a skilled **Quantity Surveyor** to join our dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Cost Management**
- Prepare detailed project costs, including estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities, ensuring value for money and quality standards.
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize performance.

**2. Contract Management**
- Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.

**3. Financial Reporting**
- Generate accurate cost reports and forecasts to support decision-making.

**4. Valuation and Payments**
- Conduct monthly valuations and submit interim valuations for timely payments.

**5. Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

**6. Compliance**
- Ensure all activities adhere to relevant legal, safety, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, industry standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
