Junior Quantity Surveyor

·       Local Interior Design company

·       Location: Central East

· days work week, 9am to 6pm

·       Salary: up to $3,000

Role and Responsibilities

·       Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

·       Support in evaluating contractor quotations and procurement activities.

·       Help monitor project costs, budgets, and progress claims.

·       Measure and verify quantities of materials and work done on-site.

·       Assist in preparing interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.

·       Maintain proper documentation and cost records.

·       Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

·       Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.

·       Candidate without working experience is welcomed to apply

·       Basic understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and costing preferred.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of AutoCAD or cost estimation software is an advantage.

·       Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

·       Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a project environment.
