Receptionist/admin Assistant

Responsibility
1. Greet company visitors and direct them to the correct destination.
2. Answer, screen and divert phone calls, take and relay messages to related person when necessary.
3. Receive and sort mails, newspaper and deliveries.
5. Beverage and stationery ordering, maintenance.
6. Flight and hotel booking based on management requirement
7. Arrange meeting room booking based on meeting room registration form.
8. Lunch arrangement for office staff
9. Responsible for incoming and out-going courier services
10. Provide Basic bookkeeping, filing, and other clerical duties
12. Responsible for upkeep of the reception area
13. Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the company
Requirement
1. Minimum GCE”O” level, with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
2. Proficient in Micro-soft office
3. Good interpersonal and communication shills
4. Meticulous and possess good working attitude
5. Bilingual in fluent English and Mandarin
