**Front Desk Receptionist**

XYCO Studio is an indoor cycling studio located in the heart of Robertson Quay, River Valley. We are looking for a bubbly, proactive and fast-thinking individual to assist with our front-of-house operations. This is a flexible role for anyone who is looking to join a start-up and embark on a growth journey together. For this role, it is important to be customer-centric and committed to maintaining high personal and business standards.

We are looking for team players who are ever-prepared to put on different kinds of hats when necessary.

Your responsibilities as a Front Desk Receptionist are as below (but not limited to):

- Provide high level of customer service to members, which include signing them in and guiding them in their class set up
- Assist the team in daily tasks such as studio organisation and ensuring general cleanliness and tidiness of the studio
- Maintain knowledge of our company, class types, schedules, instructors, and booking system
- Provide general assistance to the team when needed, such as during events.

- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Tidy and well-presented

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 - 15 per week

**Salary**: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
