Spa Receptionist – Hideaway by The Trapeze Group
Hideaway Singapore is a modern wellness concept nestled within New Bahru. We offer a curated sanctuary of healing that combines evidence-based massage therapy, cold plunge, and sauna experiences to support recovery and renewal.
As a Spa Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in, and seamless departure. If you're passionate about service excellence and enjoy working in a calm yet dynamic setting, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle bookings
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
- Recommend spa services, packages, and retail products
- Maintain a welcoming reception area and support smooth daily operations
What You'll Get:
- Earn up to 10% commission on package and retail sales
- 5-day work week with rotational shifts (weekends included)

What You Bring:
- High school graduate or college degree
- Experience in customer service, booking systems, and POS—ideally within a spa, fitness, or hospitality front desk role (preferred but not required, as training will be provided)
- Enthusiastic, warm, and professional with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, adaptable, and a strong team player

- Multilingual skills (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Cantonese)
- Calm presence, collaborative mindset, and good sense of humour
