We are a growing engineering consulting company based in Singapore, seeking for Payroll Executive to join.
**PAYROLL EXECUTIVE**
**Responsibilities**
In this role, you will be reporting to the Financial Controller and responsible to:
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing
- Responsible for monthly full payroll cycle including payroll processing, payroll reconciliation, accruals reports
- Prepare payroll related journal entries for General Ledger
- Site staff AWS and gratuity computation
- Verify and compute staff remuneration, site staff overtime, expenses claims and other off-cycle payroll payments.
- Filing of IR21 for Employees
- Reconcile and verify NS make-up pay claim submission NS Portal.
- Monthly Payroll reconciliation between Payroll Reports and GL Accounts.
- Responsible for timely monthly and yearly submissions and claims to the various Statutory Boards e.g. CPF, IRAS, NS claims etc,
- Providing payroll related information and attending to employee questions
- Provide timely and accurate supporting schedules and reports for external and internal audit
- Provide support to P&C Dept on all payroll related statistic submissions.
- Setup Employee’s profile for Starter, ensure Staff Profile and Employee’s service movement in Payroll System are accurate and updated.
- Manage, generate reports and provide support on Employee’s Leave records.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.

- Requisites**
- Diploma holder with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant payroll experience
- Good planning and organization skills to prioritize work
- Time-management skills and meticulous
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Good knowledge on employment legislations and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of PayDay V3 HRMS will be an added advantage.
