JOB SCOPE
Payroll Executive shall be responsible for the processing of the full cycle of payroll computation on a monthly
basis. Timely and accurate processing is required to meet the deadline of the closing.
Payroll Executive shall reports directly to the Head of Human Resource and able to work indeependently.
Payroll Executive will have to liaise with all Sections/Departments to gather the overtime claims forms and incentive claim forms for processing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Verify the attendance of employees to check whether the employee reports on the right working day and time accordingly to the roster.
2. Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and room incentive etc.
3. Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems i.e. Paymaster.
4. Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Chief Financial Officer.
5. Download the bank file from the bank GIRO software OCBC.
6. Compile the contributions to be made to CPF Board etc and copy to the Accounts Department.
7.Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
8.Yearly submission of the IR8As claims with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
9.Compile salary data as and when needed by the Senior Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Possess Bachelor of Human Resource/Human Capital Management from local universities or foreign universities.
2. Possess Certificate of Competency of the Employment Act.
3. Detailed and meticulous worker.
4.Able to work independently and as well as a team member.
5.Preferably someone who is able to commence employment immediately or within a short notice period.
