- ComfortDelgro Engie Pte Ltd, and we have won the first 2 public tenders to install around 5000 public chargers in Singapore. CDGE has also formed a solar JV with Engie
- ComfortDelgro Engie Solar Pte Ltd to provide solar energy to customers. As Singapore moves towards adopting Electric Vehicles, the industry will see an increase in demand for safe handling of EVs. Therefore CDGE collaborated with Tuv Sud PSB to set up CDGE Academy to upskill our technicians on the safe handling of high-voltage EVs.

**_Compensation & Benefits (C&B) _**:
1. Creates and maintains Executive’s information in SAP system
2. Processes the Executive’s payroll, including overtime payment, claims, incentives and allowances (approximately 300-400 headcounts)
3. Cross-checks on salary computations to ensure the accuracy of salary payout
4. Posts payroll transactions into SAP system
5. Prepares salary reconciliation reports
6. Prepares Payroll Monthly Reports (Overtime Report, Man-hours Report, Payroll Cost Report and Headcount Reports) to various department heads
7. Submits CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other tax related matters for Non-Executive staff
8. Administers leave management system for Non-Executive staff (via ESS)
9. Processes government related claims such as NS Reservist, Maternity leave, Child Care Leave claims, etc
**_Performance Management & Reward System _**:
10. Administers the annual Staff Performance Appraisal, Annual Increment and Variable Bonus payout exercise for Non-Executive staff
**_Others _**:
11. Provides payroll related data for MOM surveys and questionnaires etc
12. Manages ad-hoc duties (NDOC, SRC, staff communications, etc)
13. Manages HR Process Improvement Projects or assignments
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Human Resource Management preferred)
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in payroll
- Good working knowledge of local regulations e.g. Employment Act, CPF Act & tax regulations
- Good HR knowledge and experience in payroll system and function
- Experience in SAP will be an added advantage
