Payroll Executive

Our client is a company that focuses on outsourcing HR services and they are looking for a Payroll Executive. The incumbent will be reporting to the dept manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing including overtime claims, allowances, incentive payment, no pay leave deductions, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory submission with partners such as CPF, tax clearance, annual tax filing, NS claims, maternity claims, etc.
- Responsible for performing making/checking payroll activities for the assigned clients.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliation, provide payroll information to client and resolve any payroll discrepancies.
- Maintain supporting payroll documentations and authorizations for audit purposes
- Streamline processes to enhance efficiency by leveraging on technology
- Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
- Responsible for providing daily/weekly/monthly reporting as required by the job function.
- Make sure our SOP is up-to-date.
- Managing Work pass/Employment pass (EP Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass, etc) for our clients.
- ** Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor/ Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in full scope of payroll service preferable, but inexperienced is welcomed.
- Knowledge regarding Singapore work visa will be advantage.
- Well-versed in Singapore employment law and payroll
- Worked with outsource/ similar industry will be advantage
- Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
- Must be good in excel and sensitive to numbers
- Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills
- Team-player and great working ethic
- Positive, empathic and confident with ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 18:00
