**About the Role**:
Leading Commercial Strategy, you will be reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. You will own the design, activation, iteration and ongoing measurement of our industry-focused go-to-market strategies across countries in Southeast Asia. You will work together with Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, and Sales Enablement teams.
**What will you be doing?**
- Take the lead on major cross-functional strategic initiatives in partnership with business leaders.
- Manage pricing strategy to support growth while improving Aspire's market competitiveness
- Work with Business Intelligence to gain insights from customer data and provide actionable recommendations to sales and account management teams.
- Lead the gathering and analysis of customer, competitor and market insights from internal and external sources to substantiate recommendations.
- Identify key requirements to support future business needs, and work with other stakeholders to speed up time to market.
**We would love to get to know you if you have the following**:
- 5-8 years experience in commercial, business development, product management (business background), and sales related activities.
- Sound commercial and business understanding: key business drivers, competition, internal processes, etc.
- Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to scale up/down based on context while maintaining the focus on relevant key topics/decisions
- Strong relationship builder and influencing skills at all levels of the organization; Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment and influence adoption of new thinking
- Executive level presentation skills and communication ability
