We are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Leader with a passion for healthcare, and a sharp mind for architecting and executing growth strategies across consumer and enterprise channels.
The Role
- To lead the development and execution of our commercial strategies
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product or service launches
- Lead the customer acquisition and retention strategy together with our marketing team
- Support our sales teams in project development, key account management and pipeline optimization
- Be responsible for setting success metrics for each team and keeping teams accountable for delivery
- Work with Product and Operations stakeholders to develop products and packages that are appropriately priced for market adoption
What We’re Looking for
- Strong self-starters with proven business acumen and analytical mindset
- Leadership experience - a team builder who is able able to coach and develop team members functionally and according to Jaga-Me’s values
- Expertise in the end-to-end marketing and sales, in both consumer and enterprise market context
- Strong interest in healthcare and prior business development or sales experience within the healthcare or medical field.
- 3-5 years of management experience preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
