- As the coach of Tiffany & Co., your main mission is to partner store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach teams.
- You will coach for client experience and performance through observation of daily client interactions on the sales floor,Partner with store leadership for frequent check-ins, facilitate trainings for business objectives, and track coaching conversations.**Celebrating Joy at Tiffany**

- For the next round, you will meet with our Market Director and Retail Excellence Director who will share on a broader perspective, focusing on company’s goals and your potential impact on the company’s strategic objectives.
- You will then meet with our President to discover more about yourself and the House of Tiffany.
