As a Field Coach Trainer, you will partner up with the store retail management team in developing the retail team in delivering the client experience to the benefit of store business. Through local execution of corporate strategy, you will train and coach the store retail team to become ambassadors of Brand culture, values and products.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the Store Retail Management team in building individual coaching plans after performing gap analysis of their teams, and in coaching their teams on selling skills through coaching the coach.
- Provide visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns, recommendations etc.) to Store Retail Management team and HR.
- Drive key training initiatives, e.g. “Client Experience”, through active and sustained in-store coaching contributing to the culture of shop-floor focus and positive recognition.
- In collaboration with Merchandising team, actively facilitate product training, including new launches, for store population. Develop skills of silhouette building combining product information with selling skills in order to optimize cross-selling.
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up, partnering with the Store Management team, maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and ensure true retention of training contents.
- Ensure a consistent on-boarding for all new joiners.
- Ensure regular liaison with trainees, giving feedback on progress to the individual, their Manager and HR during onboarding and induction.
- Manage the in-store learning management system, ensuring all training is recorded and that retail team is fully proficient in this tool.

PROFIL

**Requirements & Competencies**
- University Graduate with 8 years+ relevant work experience in retail environment with prior training/coaching experience. Any training certification will be a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead.
- Pleasant, self-initiative, a team player & willingness to learn.
- Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas and procedures.
