**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify potential clients in need of staffing solutions.
- Utilize recruitment experience to assess client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and seamless delivery of services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand professional network and generate leads.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Demonstrated passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
