**The Role**
As the Excellence Lead, Asia Pacific, you will work closely with key local, regional and global practice stakeholders, to execute on WTW Excellence Model and Framework. You will be expected to be familiar with the H&B Broking Practice in Asia Pacific and support the countries in compliance.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Drive the development and adoption of H&B Broking Excellence processes, including any global and local broking regulatory and compliance protocol. Ensure countries in the Asia Pacific region are adhering to WTW principles of Excellence.
- Efficiently and effectively project manage the execution of Excellence Model and Framework.
- Ensure the use of designated global tools by countries to record Excellence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Act as a resource to local Excellence Champion and Business Leadership on Excellence issues, including quality and ethics challenges.
- Assist local Excellence Champion with non-routine potential conflicts of interest, promote communication and training of Excellence, including user guides on the objectives and adherence to Excellence Model and Framework.
- Work with local Excellence Champion to execute any new Excellence-related initiatives or refresher to existing models and framework.
- Conduct Excellence Reviews and drive continuous improvement through analysis of review results, root causes of Errors and Omissions and Internal Audit findings.
- Arrange regular discussions on quality issues and ensure remediation is followed through.
- Lead or participate as a member of other regional projects as directed by the Region Leader
- Collaborate and work with team members and country stakeholders to ensure delivery in line with the agreed strategic and tactical objectives
- Provide coaching and support to team members on Broking Excellence.
**You will have the opportunity to**:

2. Interact with interdisciplinary teams of different countries and delivery centers.
3. Acquire deeper business knowledge of the broking processes in each of the 14 Asia Pacific countries.
**The Requirements**
- 5+ years’ experience working with Health and Benefits plans, ideally gained in a benefits consulting/brokerage firm.
- Understanding of H&B industry and benefits administration preferred
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, implementing best practices.
- Sense of accountability, commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to multiple stake holders effectively and in a timely manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Highly developed problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
- Self-starter attitude and ability to establish priorities, work independently and with limited supervision
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
