Community & Partnership Manager

**Resposibilites:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive community management strategy to foster an engaged and vibrant player community.
- Engage with players and fans through various channels, including social media, forums, Discord, and in-game communication, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate positive interactions.
- Organize and promote community-driven events, contests, and initiatives to encourage participation and strengthen the player community.
- Provide timely and effective player support by addressing technical issues, answering questions, and collecting feedback to enhance the player experience.
- Create and implement a social media and content strategy to promote the game studio, engage with the community, and increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, media outlets, and other game studios to establish strategic partnerships that expand the game's reach, attract new players, and enhance brand recognition.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships, including influencer campaigns, cross-promotions, and co-marketing initiatives, to maximize mutual benefits.
- Collect and analyze player feedback, suggestions, and insights, and provide valuable input to inform product development, game updates, and future roadmaps.
- Represent the game studio at industry events, conferences, and meetups, building relationships and enhancing the studio's reputation within the web3 gaming community.
- Advocate for the community's needs and preferences within the studio, ensuring that decisions align with player expectations and deliver a player-centric experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the web3 gaming space, continually exploring new opportunities for community engagement and partnership development.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in community management, partnership development, or related roles within the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of web3 technologies, blockchain gaming, and the broader web3 gaming ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, community management tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in organizing and executing community events and initiatives, both online and offline.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in web3 technologies and their potential in the gaming industry.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to engage the community and foster partnerships.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in web3 gaming or blockchain projects.
- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in the context of gaming.
- Experience with gamification techniques and community-driven initiatives.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including influencer marketing and content creation.
