Community Relations Manager

**What the role is**
- The Community Partnerships Department of HDB’s Community Relations Group is seeking a Community Relations Manager who has the passion to engage the heartland community to promote understanding of HDB’s policies and programmes and strengthen community ties and bonds.
**What you will be working on**
- The manager’s job responsibilities include engaging and working with government agencies and community partners to conceptualise, plan and execute various community outreach and engagement programmes; facilitating conversations among residents, Grassroots Organisations and other stakeholders. You should have the passion and take initiative to drive partnerships with institutions and community stakeholders, as well as engaging/managing volunteers to initiate ground up community projects/programmes (be it physical or/and digital) to promote ties and bonds in the heartland. Due to the nature of work, you will be required to work over weekends and after office hours on weekdays.
**What we are looking for**
- You should possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. You should also be a good team player who possess strong analytical, research, planning and organisation skills. Prior experience in organising community events and outreaches, volunteer management, as well as data analytical skills will be an advantage.
