Senior Product Manager, Ipt Endoscopy

**Summary** As an integral part of the IPT Business Unit, the Senior Product Manager APAC manages the portfolio of GI Reprocessing products. The role is responsible to support the regional sales teams and distributors in the APAC region to drive adoption and market share. This role requires presentation, communication and planning skills and will communicate with all sales, marketing, and support resources within STERIS. **Position Summary**: As an integral part of the IPT Business Unit, the Senior Product Manager APAC manages the portfolio of GI Reprocessing products. This role requires presentation, communication and planning skills and will communicate with all sales, marketing, and support resources within STERIS. **Duties**: 1. Assist in programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales of new and existing STERIS products 2. Respond to product related questions being the “go-to” team member for product knowledge 3. Work with International Marketing Managers and Global Product Managers to represent the region in front of Headquarter Marketing teams 4. Manage product launches including Pre-launch activities, distribution, pricing, and training. 5. Understand competitive environment and inform sales team 6. Coordinate with regulatory on registrations for new products and/or markets 7. Plan and execute local and regional marketing events 8. Develop and produce local Marketing Collateral including but not limited to: brochures, sell sheets, videos, advertising, social media posts 9. Work with Clinical Education to drive programs and speaker engagements 10. Build relationships with customers (i.e. nurses, technicians, physicians) to drive Infection Prevention & Control priorities in markets **Duties - cont'd**: **Education Degree**: - Bachelor's Degree **Required Experience**: 1. Degree in Business / Clinical / Marketing or related field 2. 5+ years proven experience in medical device Sales/Marketing, preferably covering capital equipment 3. Fluent oral and good written English to maintain effective communication with global teams 4. Must be customer-oriented and result-driven 5. Must be a self-starter, possess a high sense of urgency, and "can do" attitude 6.
