**Responsibilities**

Product Planning and Roadmap Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Product Manager to refine and execute the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives align with market needs and business objectives.

Feature Definition and Prioritization: Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.

User Research and Feedback Analysis: Work with the Senior Product Manager to gather and analyze user feedback and market research, ensuring insights inform product decisions and enhancements.

User Experience: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyze user feedback, conduct customer research, and work with design to deliver exceptional user experiences. Continuously improve product features and performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives and timely delivery of features.

**Qualifications**

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably as part of a collaborative product team.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing. with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

Proven experience in building product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering products that meet market needs.

Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and customer insights to drive product decisions.

Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma).
