**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

As a Senior AI product specialist, you will:

- Manage a number of machine learning services and maintain partnerships with internal customers and partners to drive the end-to-end implementation of our AI services into internal and external business processes to redefine the customer support experience. Our services are used in mission critical enterprise setups. AI services therefore have strict compliance, availability, and performance requirements that you will drive.
- Daily tasks include communication, stakeholder management, portfolio management and related follow-ups. Managing and maintaining AI product roadmaps and delivering business value are an integral part of delivering successful services.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- University degree in business and technology related fields
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Hands on experience with project management or product management experience.
- Experience in working with data and agile development.
- Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills

The team’s mission is to improve, automate, and transform the customer support business of SAP using Machine Learning and Data-driven Innovation.
