Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer who is passionate about transforming the future of enterprise marketing through AI. You will help us design, build, and optimize next-generation AI Marketing Agents that generate content, adapt to multiple languages and cultures, and automate full-funnel marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and fine-tune AI models (LLMs, multimodal models) for marketing content generation, ad copy creation, image adaptation, and campaign optimization
• Develop multilingual and cross-cultural NLP capabilities to support marketing localization across regions
• Design and implement AI agents that can plan, generate, analyze, and improve marketing campaigns
• Integrate AI pipelines into marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, email systems, WhatsApp, social media APIs)
• Leverage vector databases, RAG pipelines, and feedback loops to improve personalization and targeting
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify real-world needs and turn them into AI-powered features

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA) and fine-tuning techniques
• Proficient in Python, and familiar with NLP/transformer libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers)
• Familiar with AI content generation tools (text, image, video) and prompt engineering
• Experience with multilingual NLP, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and marketing KPIs is a strong plus
• Bonus: Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or agent frameworks
