As an AI Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our AI solution across the industry. You'll spearhead AI projects, accelerating implementation and delivering compelling proof-of-value demonstrations to prospective clients.

With your deep industry knowledge and proven management expertise, you'll be at the forefront of bringing AI to semiconductor fabs & assembly plants worldwide with an initial focus in Singapore & Malaysia. Job scope

**Here’s what you’ll do**
- Project Management Pre & Post sales
- Define technical requirements, and demonstration setup during pre-sales.
- Define project scope and manage changes effectively for post-sales
- Develop and maintain project timelines and milestones.
- Identify and resolve project challenges and risks proactively.
- Build strong relationships with end-users to understand their needs and requirements. Gather user feedback and incorporate it into project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, data engineers, infrastructure engineers, software engineers.) to identify project challenges and ensure project success through resolutions. Develop contingency plans and mitigation strategies.
- Create and deliver project reports and presentations to management.
- AI & Technical Proficiency
- Perform on-site testing and validation, including browser, OS, and system compatibility testing. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for users.
- Understand the basic technical aspects of AI model development and deployment.
- Conduct system-level analysis to identify data quality issues and inefficiencies.
- Work closely with data scientists to improve model performance and accuracy.
- Understand AI model evaluation metrics and contribute to model optimization.
- Prepare and clean data for AI model development. Assist in labeling and correcting defect class labels in images.
- Business Focus
- Conduct ROI analysis for AI projects. Track and measure project KPIs to assess performance.
- Generate innovative ideas for product improvement and new product development.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify process improvement opportunities.
