**The role ✨**
At Hypotenuse, we're looking for kick-ass engineers who want to work in a high-growth, fast-moving start-up. You will have a huge impact in our product, driving new features, our roadmap, culture and the overall user experience.

Front End engineers will work very closely with everyone on the team, executing the design and implementation of Hypotenuse AI’s web Platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Design, build and deploy features end to end - we ship code multiple times a week
- Improve the performance and reliability of our current web platform
- Write well-documented, reusable and reliable code with high test coverage
- Work closely with our users and the team to execute user experience improvements

**Requirements**:

- Our stack: React/Typescript frontend + FastAPI/Python Backend
- Fast learner with an intense work ethic to get things done
- Able to understand and balance between speed, engineering quality and business goals
- Entrepreneurial, with product design sensibility and a high tolerance for ambiguity
- (ideally) 1-4 years of software engineering experience, or equivalent
