X0PA AI is an Artificial Intelligence Software as a Service (SaaS) start-up that aims to digitally transform the hiring process. We aim to save companies significant time and cost in hiring while achieving the highest level of objectivity, ultimately enhancing retention, loyalty and person to job and organization fit. Through our AI and Machine Learning capabilities, we can source, score and rank talent to identify the best talent for each organization. X0PA AI has recently launched X0PA ROOM, an AI enabled hybrid video interviewing and assessment platform.
**Job Summary**
The Customer Success role supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. They’re focused on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with our business.
The role of the customer success is to unify your sales and success team. Because they're part of many stages of the customer relationship, they have a high-level view of the customer lifecycle. They use this perspective to add value for our customers—and our company.
**Job Responsibility**
- Key focus on Customer Renewal, Customer Satisfaction and Customer up-sell/cross-sell
- Inspire customers to make tactical and strategic deployment decisions and track long term business outcomes
- Respond quickly and effectively to customers’ challenges and issues with the Product; learn effectively from experience to improve team processes and the product
- Evaluate existing customer on-boarding program and make additional improvements to better drive both immediate and sustained adoption
- Collaborate with Sales teams, Customer Success and Partners to elevate customer adoption as well as address product concerns
- Provide product training, pre/post-sales related activities and escalated support
- Serve as lead spokesperson and agent for Customer Success
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization
