In this unique role, you will play an integral support role in our world-class Global Operations (Partnerships & Corporate) team, responsible for all logístical arrangements of corporate partnerships, sponsorships and brand collaborations. You will be involved in the process of freight planning, monitoring the shipment status and ensuring proper recording of all relevant data related to shipments.
This role is essential to supporting our key partnership programs with world-renowned brands, including Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in freight planning and arrangement for Secretlab's affiliates, partners and e-sports tournaments/events
- Ensuring prompt and accurate transferring and receiving of shipments on Netsuite (ERP)
- Responsible of generating shipping documents such as commercial invoices and packing list
- Ensure proper recording of the team's freight documents and update freight data for recording and analytical purposes
- Regular monitoring and updating key milestones on all Air and Sea shipping progress
- Establish and maintain key communication with local/overseas vendors on timely submissions of service invoices (e.g. 3PL fulfillment invoices, regional duty invoices, courier services)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or its equivalent in a relevant course of studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant field with shipping logistics experience
- Working proficiency in managing Ocean/Air freight/duties payments
- Prior experience in Oracle Netsuite and strong data entry support is a plus
- Strong communication skills to liaise with 3PLs, freight forwarders and overseas agents
- Be an effective communicator on both technical and non-technical topics to customers and internal team member
- Being a meticulous individual — you will be required to vet through confidential data across multiple regional workflows in ensuring the accuracy of company’s information and logístical costs
