Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Deputy Director, F&B Outlets Operations

You are responsible oversee F&B operations found in large-scale establishments, all of which serve to enhance and influence the overall guest experience while maintaining compliance with company practice, cost projections, and mission statements.

Alongside with culinary management team, your role is to create and maintain menus that satisfy guests, responsible for managing food costs, upholding menu standards, and controlling inventory.

In addition, you are involved with all day-to-day functions, including staff management, guest interactions, office administration duties and vendor communications, overseeing the management of staff and address issues that mid management are unable to resolve.

To qualify for this role, you have strong background and outstanding achievement in food and beverage or hospitality scene with minimum diploma major in hospitality, F&B or business management.

Proven track record in managing a large portfolio of brands with a variety of staff members in a fast-paced environment, excellent communicators with the ability to multitask and sharp thinking. You handle P&L responsibilities with success to share about.
