**Position Title: VP, Operations**

**Description**
We are looking for a **VP, Operations** to organize and oversee our daily operations. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.

The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires a thorough knowledge of various departmental functions: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Offsite Installations, Logistics and Inventory Management, Sales and Customer Success.

The goal for the VP, Operations to manage the day to day operation and implement a system and process designed to allow the business to scale efficiently and effectively in the most fiscally responsible manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with COO to make decisions for Sales, operational activities and set strategic goals
- Educate teams on the Vision of the company and align goals of relevant departments.
- Review and present performance reports demonstrating progress against company targets.
- Develop and recommend Sales and operational process improvements in order to achieve company goals.
- Review and prepare cost control reports, cost estimates, and manpower and logistics requirements forecasts.
- Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to establish and carry out responsibilities
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
- Review Sales, Customer Success, Sales and Operations major projects involving major functional changes within the Department's functional areas.
- Manage day to day performance of the Sales, Customer Success and operations function providing multi discipline support.
- Identifies training needs, initiates development of subordinates, recommends effective personnel action.
- Consults with all segments of management responsible for policy or action. Ensures compliance within the area of responsibility. Makes recommendations for improving effectiveness of policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of five (5) years as a Senior Manager of Operations with the responsibilities of purchasing, inventory control, production control, managing Customer Success team as well as shipping, receiving, warehousing, international staff planning and cross-border trade.
- Experience in dealing with building works and stock movements to support this activity.
- In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (i.e. supply chain, logistics, inventory, Sales, Customer Success etc.)
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software/ warehouse mgt systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, EQMS)
- Goal oriented, thrives when working towards targets.
- Past experience working with external contractors
