The Group also provides consultancy for the development and management of retirement living communities.

The HR Executive (Learning and Development) role supports the overall objectives of the Learning and Development function of Human Resources and serves as a partner to the various stakeholders in aligning competency expectations and implementation of learning and development plans and activities.

1.Learning and Development (L&D)
- Advise and provide expertise on L&D matters to staff and management. Design and implement L&D framework based on the needs of the organisation
- Implement the Company’s L&D initiatives.
- Identify existing capability levels and performance gaps through learning needs analysis and develop learning and development strategies to support the organisation’s development needs.
- Design L&D roadmaps to address learning needs with reference to the L&D Framework.
- Sourcing, qualify and manage training providers.
- Assess training costs and manage training budgets
- Analyse learning effectiveness feedback to identify gaps to suggest
- Identify available grants and funding available to maximize the learning budget.
- Liaise with government agencies on training incentives.
- Analyse learning and development budget utilization.
- Provide training report/statistics.
- Provide support on staff’s scholarship and awards schemes.

2.HR Administration
- Administer and coordinate external and internal learning initiatives including resource allocation, vendor management, processing of grants, course registrations, maintaining learning records, tracking course evaluation and payment processing.
- Act as the resource personnel for Departmental Heads on all learning and development matters.
- Manage sponsorships, bonds and liquidated damages when necessary.
- Participate in various statutory and ad-hoc surveys.
- Assist in the review of L&D policies and procedures to align with the market practices.

3.Safe Management Officer
- Act as the Safe Management Officer for the Company.

4.Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in HRM or its equivalent

2. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field

3. Proficient in MS Office

4. Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision

5. Enjoy interacting with people and possess strong influential skills

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Team player

8. Lots of initiative
