**Responsibilities**:
The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

What will I be doing?
- Prioritize BPO resource allocation based on the capacity forecast in order to deliver BPO recruitment plans on a regular basis. Optimize and streamline BPO budget & resource allocation processes.
- Engage and work closely with partner operations managers to collect insights, staffing bandwidth, and support budget planning.
- Monitor real-time staffing status and provide feedback to the operations planning team if reallocation of the workforce is needed.
- Support the development tailored BPO budget plans on a periodic basis and enforce their execution in compliance with the company's financial and legal requirements.
- Prepare analysis based on the current and historical BPO expenditure data. Identify discrepancies between the budget and actual spending, forecast spending throughout the year, and propose any changes needed for certain programs.
- Work closely with platform team and provide support to the optimization of existing tools and design new tools for BPO workforce allocation and billing process.

What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's Degree or higher. Major in qualitative (i.e. Finance, Mathematics, Data Visualization, Economics, SCM) or business administration would be preferred.
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- 1 year+ advanced analytical skill of MS Excel; experience in workforce planning, workflow management, and financial analyzing would be preferred; BPO/call-center experience would be a plus.
- Excellent english communication skill, both written and spoken.
