Role Summary The Account Manager, Securities Finance will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, assist the relationship manager to develop new business from existing clients and executing business implementation plans. You will be the first point of client contact for any securities finance queries and will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Operations and Business Management Teams) to improve the entire client experience. To be successful in this role, you will be required to develop strong relationships with clients, connect with key internal stakeholders and the ability to prepare and present at client presentations. What you will do Client Account Administration Managesend-to-end account administration for securities lending clients, ensuring accurate setup, fee review, and system updates. Client Engagement & Needs Anticipation identifies client service needs and integrates organizational knowledge to deliver tailored solutions. Business Development Support Partners with relationship managers to support business growth through client presentations, implementation planning, and servicing coordination. Service Optimization & Analysis Evaluates client account objectives to identify opportunities for service enhancements and operational improvements. Daily Operations & Inquiry Management Handles daily client activity, processes transactions, resolves inquiries, and ensures proper documentation and data integrity. Action Planning & Execution Oversight Leads the development and execution of action plans for client activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Fee Management Ensures accurate fee setup and validation within the securities lending system. Process Improvement & Service Innovation Identifies and implements service efficiencies and process improvements using proactive and creative approaches. Primary Client Contact Serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day client queries related to their securities lending programs. Client Communication & Documentation Maintains regular communication with clients regarding account status and documentation needs, and ensures thorough documentation of services and communications. Portfolio Analysis Conducts statistical analysis on client portfolios to uncover untapped opportunities. About You We're looking for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service in the securities finance space. You may be early in your career or looking to pivot into a dynamic role with exposure to institutional clients and cross-functional teams. You bring: • Experience in financial servicing, accounting, or operations-ideally within securities finance or asset services, with a focus on client servicing. • A solid understanding of finance, portfolio management, and accounting principles to support client transactions and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify service improvements and drive efficiency. • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with confidence in presenting to clients and internal stakeholders. • A proactive mindset, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
