**Responsibilities**

The Partnership Management team at Trust and Safety is responsible for the strategy, governance, and operations performance of the extended workforce across the region. The team makes it agile and efficient for the T&S team to engage with our suppliers, providing on-boarding, training, standards, and guidelines to keep our community safe.

What will I be doing?
- Develop and manage the BPO workforce strategies to address the challenges caused by the unpredictability of forecasting and the fast-changing business environment.
- Engage and work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, commercial, procurement) to collect local insights, understand the potential risks, and find opportunities for cost avoidance and workforce optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, procurement, and business teams to create tailored periodical budget plans for specific projects and lines of businesses in compliance with the company's requirements.
- Carry out BPO workforce and budget analyses to envision the upcoming challenges in terms of languages, markets, and locations to support the growth of our business
- Oversee system/tool upgrades and implementation of new processes to improve the workforce and budget management

**Requirements**:
What should I bring with me?
- Bachelor's Degree or higher. Major in qualitative (i.e. Finance, Mathematics, Data Visualization, Economics, SCM) or business administration would be preferred.
- At least 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Advanced analytical skills. 2+ years of experience in workforce planning, workflow management, and financial analyzing would be preferred; BPO/call-center experience would be a plus.
- Excellent english communication skill, both written and spoken
- Expertise in business processes: thinking strategically, prioritizing, and taking initiative in a changing work environment
- Good leadership, communication and collaboration skills
