**A local mid-size construction company looking for an experienced person with following requirements**:
The Assistant Facility Manager has to oversee all building-related activities and working of machineries. This is a hands-on job. Their primary responsibilities are inspection, facility upkeep and maintenance. He/she will be responsible for preserving the good condition of facilities and ensure that machineries are safe and well-functioning.

An Assistant Facility Manager has to ensure that the services in the facility meet the needs of the workers it houses by inspecting and scheduling repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing and machinery problems. The goal is to ensure that our client’s facility is problem-free and safe so that their employees can work under the best conditions.

1. Facilities Management and Maintenance Work.

2. Provide guidance and advisory to Operations to ensure that the company can provide the best possible service in helping our clients to maintain their facility premises.

3. Plan and develop inspection procedure and checklist for Operations to implement or conduct on repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, civil, sanitary and plumbing matters.

4. Plan and develop the system that oversee all building-related activities and that enable Operations to maintain the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.

5. Recommend best practices in facility maintenance to Operations to implement so as to achieve a safer and energy-saving working environment.

6. Fire Safety Management - Plan and develop checklist for the premises to remove or cause to be removed any fire hazard that is found within the premises.

7. Perform any other duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma in Building Services and Facility Management or Sales & Marketing
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in building or facilities management and being hands-on in mitigating facilities issues
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Ability to present and write clear and concise reports/specifications
- Good Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Team Player
- Must be able to liaise with Bangladeshi and Indian Workers
