You Are Required To

Ability to identify customer needs and be resourceful in providing win-win solutions.
Matured, self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
Great interest and knowledge in the tech world.
Comfortable working in a Startup environment and culture.
Team player and work well with colleagues and customers.
Ideally have 2-3 years in customer service, customer support or customer success related roles with a keen interest in software and technology industry.
A fast and continuous learner, detail oriented especially in this fast-changing technology-driven environment.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
Ideally fluent in both English and Mandarin. The ability to speak in Malay or Cantonese or any other languages is an added advantage.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Be enthusiastic and passionate in helping out businesses build and grow their membership and loyalty program through technology.
Coordinate with the appropriate team(s) to ensure flawless execution of the onboarding experience.
Conduct regular reviews with clients and charting their progress and providing inputs for improvements.
Advocating product adoption, renewals and reducing churn while providing value added solutions to clients.
Develop strong customer relationships and serve in the role of Eber-client trusted partner.
Ad-hoc projects supporting inter-departmental team.
